Breaking News.
Your Lifebinding Spirit chimes like a bell and deals wind or radiant damage. When your Lifebinding Spirit crits, it gains 1 healing charge. Charges gained this way are lost at the end of the encounter if not used.
Hear Ye! Hear Ye!.
Your words carry an aura of importance when speaking in public. Spread joy with tidings of delight, or panic with portents of doom.

Toll the Hour.
(1/encounter) 2 actions: Proclaim tidings of:
- Calamity. (Reach 6) Enemies within Reach must make a WIL save (DC 10+KEY) or become Dazed. Bloodied creatures always fail.
- Jubilation. (Reach 6) Allies within Reach gain WIL temp HP and may cleanse a condition or harmful effect.
Level 11
Raise the Alarm.
When you roll Initiative, you may spend 1 mana per ally to grant them advantage on Initiative and on their first attack this encounter.
Level 15
Crier’s Vigilance.
Gain an extra use per encounter of Toll the Hour. You may choose both options when using Toll the Hour.
