When you Sneak Attack, you may spend 2 additional action to Incapacitate your target for their next turn on a failed STR save. Save or fail they are Taunted by you for the rest of combat and Chilled.
Level 7
Pocket Glass.
(2/encounter) When you defend against a melee attack, Blind and Chill the attacker until the start of their next turn first and force them to reroll.
Level 11
On Thin Ice.
(1/safe rest) When you would drop to 0 HP or gain a Wound, you instead turn invisible for the rest of combat or until you attack again. Chill the source of that damage.
Level 15
Cold Stone Focus.
(1/encounter) Attacks you make this round don’t miss, you crit on 1 less, Chill on any hit, and gain LVL temp HP.
