Level 3

Law of the Land.

You have advantage on checks involving laws and contracts.

New Rule.

Action: Spend a Songweaver’s Inspiration charge to declare a New Rule. You must maintain Concentration on it (DC 10 STR save when crit). The rule affects all creatures until Concentration ends. Only one New Rule may exist at a time.

  • Touch Grass. Creatures become Prone at the end of their turns.
  • Bring It Closer. Melee attacks gain +1 Reach.
  • No Sniping. Ranged attacks gain disadvantage 1, melee attacks gain advantage 1.
  • Get Over Here. All movement must end closer to an enemy if possible.
  • Go Big. All dice rolled are increased by 1 step (d4->d6, etc, max d20).
  • Go Small. All dice rolled are decreased by 1 step (d20->d12, etc, min d4).
  • No Camping. Creatures that end their turn without moving take KEY damage.
  • Momentum. After moving creatures add 1 damage/space to their next attack.
  • No Rushing. Speed is reduced by 2.
  • No Retreat. Creatures that move away from enemies take KEY damage.

The GM may allow other rules of similar power.

Level 7

Exemption.

Spend a Songweaver’s Inspiration charge to exempt one creature of your New Rule.

Level 11

Double Down.

The numbers of your New Rules are doubled.

Level 15

Rule of Law.

You may maintain two New Rules at the same time. If you create a third rule, choose one existing rule to end.
