You become able to reach through your hat and act from anyone else's hat within Range: 20. You could make an attack with a light weapon, administer a healing potion, or anything else reasonably done with one hand through a hat!
Would You Like a Cup of Tea?

This spell can be cast by simply speaking it's name. A target who fails a WIL saving throw is magically charmed and compelled to quickly drink the contents of a tea cup you are offering them. They immediately know you cast this spell on them, save or fail.
