Tier 9, Single TargetConcentration:
Up to 1 minute.

A tempest of wind gathers around you. Medium and smaller sized enemies can't enter. At the end of each of your turns, enemies within the tornado suffer d44 bludgeoning, are knocked back to the nearest space outside its Reach, and land Prone.
Once you cast this spell, you must Safe Rest for 1 week before you can use it again.
