(Range 8) DC14 WIL save or 2d6+5 Psychic and their next attack has Disadvantage. Frightened Creatures automatically fail this save. THEN:
- •Needling Daggers.
(Reach 4) 2d6+5, Poisoned (healing ends).
Target a different Hero with Cutting Remark than you did with I Know Your Thoughts.
Use I Know Your Thoughts against a Hero within Doubting Whispers (Reach 4). If they're Frightened, then use Cutting Remark against them as well and then use Needling Daggers against another target. If they weren't Frightened, use Needling Daggers against them. Either way, try to ensure that Heroes still have Disadvantage when they leave your Doubting Whispers. If they stay within your Doubting Whispers, they'll have Disadvantage 2.
