After using Fire Rune, if they are still Restrained use Rune Blade to knock them out of it on the first hit to limit the Advantage damage. Have Sigrun act early when using Storm Rune and late when using Fire Rune.
Use Storm Rune to lock down foes who are too dangerous with 3 actions, or on a Hero that has already reacted this round. Use Fire Rune to lock down a target. If they are still Grappled on her next turn, use Rune Blade against the Grappled target and don't use the Knockback. Have Sigrun act early when setting up Fire Rune, but late when using Storm Rune.
