After a hit, the sheet can grapple instead of dealing damage (escape DEX save DC13). Until the grapple ends the target is blinded and is suffocating, taking 2d6+3 damage at the start of its turn. The sheet can only grapple one creature at a time. When the sheet is damaged whilst grappling a target, it takes half the damage received and its target takes the remaining half.
