—Forge the Cursed Blade—
GOALS
- make Hexbinder viable for melee combat, but still have the "Support/Debuffer" role
- take design cues from the 5e Hexblade?

The Cutting Hex. You transform your Hex powers, forging them into a blade. You lose access to the Hex feature and, instead, you wield the Witch Blade. You can summon and dispel your Witch Blade as a free action.
Witch Blade. Your Witch Blade is a melee weapon that can take on any form you desire: Reach 1, Action: 2d4+KEY Slashing, then apply an Affliction. Any features that apply to Hex apply to your Witch Blade.
Level 3
Mark of the Blade.
You gain the following benefits against an Afflicted creature:
- Gain +INT armor.
- (1/turn) Deal +INT Necrotic damage when you Attack.
- (2/encounter) Gain advantage on an Assess Skill Checks.
- When an Afflicted creature dies, you gain LVL+INT temp HP.
Level 7
Affliction Master.
You can Afflict a max of 2 creatures at a time, with a total of INT different Afflictions between them.
Level 11
Painful Extraction.
Action: Remove all Afflictions from an Afflicted creature. When an Afflicted creature looses its Afflictions, deal KEY damage for each Affliction lost.
Level 15
Bend to My Will.
Your Dimmed Affliction also applies to when you're attacked, no matter how far you are from the Afflicted creature.
