A storm brews when entering combat. When making an unarmed strike, deal an additional KEY lightning damage. If you miss, you take KEY lightning damage. If you go a round without landing any unarmed strikes, you and your nearest ally take KEY lightning damage. The storm can't be controlled, you are merely the lightning rod collecting the energy.
