1 Action: Charge a stone. The next Lightning spell you cast deals 1d8 additional damage to 1 target and to self.

A charged stone can also be used as a weapon with Thrown 4 and 2d8 Lightning damage, instead of charging a Lightning spell. This consumes the stone.
