Very Rare
Justicar's Scales
Feature (table, bronze) - Psionic, sentient
When a willing sentient creature puts their empty hand on the scale, their life's worth is judged according to its Tenets. If guilty, a powerful T8 geas compels them to either behave or atone (the attuned owner's choice). Also, the owner can learn the darkest secret of the willing creature if DC 16 INT failed.
It offers perfect balance as well, giving ADV on Examination checks to appraise items of worth.
The Scales have an EGO of 3 and an Inflexible, Lawful personality.
Four Tenets are inscribed magically on the Scales. They can be modified with very rare materials (500cp worth of it) and a DC 16 Arcana check.
